Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The following items are not eligible for return:- Sale or clearance items.
- Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items.
- Intimate items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is returned in a condition different from how it was delivered (e.g., damaged, used, or without original packaging).
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

Approval Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via our Returns Portal within 7 days.
- Supporting evidence, including photos of the item, must be included for review.

Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@kandyplay.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return for the item and place a new order for the desired product.
